I have lately gone on a knitting kick and started teaching myself how to read knitting short hand for patterns. A whole new world has opened up to me! I have so far mastered the knitting of spherically shaped items, and have even finished a knit cucumber! My goal is to try doing some fancy cable stitches in exercise to one day make an afghan, but for now baby steps. And possibly more vegetables. :) I believe next in line is either an eggplant or carrot.
